Chris Vargas VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Chris has been in the property management industry for 17 years, spending a good number of years with a major national fee-management company.  He built a reputation for converting poor performing properties into exceptional performing properties.  He has extensive experience in all aspects of the management of both affordable and conventional multifamily properties.

Chris is directly involved in daily communication with property managers through reporting and regular on-site visits. He monitors occupancy, delinquency, marketing, quality control, employee relations, employee training, financial analysis and budget preparation.
