Ms. Chavez has more than 20 years of management, leadership and staff development experience in affordable housing and stabilization of at-risk properties. Her responsibilities have included meeting regulatory compliance requirements for as many as 15,000 units. Her extensive experience in LIHTC, HUD, HOME, California HCD, AHP, MHP and Supportive Housing Programs has made her knowledgeable and proficient in the complex world of affordable housing compliance.
Peggy reviews and maintains all files for tax credit compliance, conducts internal audits and also provides tax credit reporting for all properties’ third party accountants, tax credit investors and CHFA.
