Sumner house is located just south of downtown Colorado Springs off of South Wahsatch Ave and Fountain Blvd. The community will include 3 studio/efficiency units, 72 one-bedroom/one-bath units, and 20 two-bedroom/one-bath units at AMI levels of 30% and 60%. The apartments will be heated and cooled via high efficiency split HVAC systems. Apartments will include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. The Juliet balconies and pantries are also anticipated to be included in some floor plans.
