The Point Crossing is a new affordable workforce housing project located adjacent to the Regional Transportation District’s (RTD) Nine Mile Station in Aurora, Colorado. The Point at Nine Mile is located at the corner of Parker Road and Peoria Street.
The community consists of sixty-three, well-appointed affordable apartments. The Point offers one, two and three bedroom units with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, balconies and in-unit laundry. Residents can enjoy a roof top lounge on the fourth floor with sweeping western and southern views of the Rocky Mountains and the surrounding area.
In addition to the leasing office, fitness center, and community lounge, the first floor features tuck under parking for twenty-three of forty-eight provided parking spaces, including electronic vehicle ready spaces.
